Grain Belt Express experiences another set-back before the Missouri Public Service Commission

Clean Line Energy’s re-application to the Missouri Public Service Commission was rejected by the PSC on July 13, 2016.  The reason for the rejection was Clean Line’s failure to give a 60 day notice to the PSC that it intended to file it’s application.  Clean Line filed an application to build its Grain Belt Express across northern Missouri on June 30.  Previously, in 2015, the Missouri PSC rejected Clean Line’s first application based on a finding the project did not benefit Missouri.  A copy of the PSC order can be found here.
