St. Louis County – Hadley Township Redevelopment – Richmond Heights

The residents of Hadley Township once again are dealing with the prospect of eminent domain, as the City of Richmond Heights tries to redevelop the area. The site is 40 acres, and Richmond Heights wants to redevelop it with retail. Pace Properties and Menard Inc. are potential developers of the area. The area is primarily residential, with some vacant lots and some commercial properties.
