MoDOT (Missouri Department of Transportation) announces no significant impact finding.

On April 13, 2017, MoDOT announced that the Federal Highway Administration has made a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the I-270 North Project (Job Number J6I3020).  This means that MoDOT will not be required to prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS) as a condition to obtaining federal funding for this project. The project is a comprehensive redesign of the I-270 corridor as it passes through North St. Louis County and City.

More information can be found at this website:  http://modot.mo.gov/stlouis/I‐270North.htm

A hard copy of the FONSI can be obtained upon written request to: Mr. Patrick K. McKenna, Director Missouri Department of Transportation P.O. Box 270 Jefferson City, MO 65102
