Greene County and Webster County: U.S. 60 Rogersville – Project Freeway – Springfield to Rogersville

A three-mile long section of U.S. 60 near Rogersville, east of Springfield, will be converted into a freeway between Greene County Farm Road 241 and west of Chicory Road. Some outer roads may also be built as funding allows. This will be a design-build project contracted out by Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). With the goal of increased safety, at-grade intersections will be replaced. MoDOT has the power to use eminent domain to acquire property for this project.
