Clay County – Flintlock Flyover (Flintlock Road Overpass)

MoDOT, the City of Kansas City and the City of Liberty are planning to construct an overpass over I-35 in Clay County from North East Flintlock to Liberty Drive. The overpass will be safer than the current highway crossing.
