Cass County / Harrisonville – US 71/Highway 291 Interchange Improvement

MoDOT is planning replace the existing interchange with a new “diverging diamond” style in Harrisonville, Mo. The project will be in two Phases through 2015. The improvements will include changes to Route 291 and Commercial Streets in Harrisonville, including the installation some raised medians which may have a negative impact on nearby businesses.
