Buchanan County: City of St. Joseph – Eastside Wastewater Improvements

The City of St. Joseph is constructing a wastewater processing project called the Eastside Wastewater Improvement Project. The project entails a new pump station near Candy Creek to replace an undersized pump station currently on Easton Road. The Faraon Street pump station will also be improved. The project will affect property owners located roughly between Highway 36 to the north, Riverside Road to the west, S.E. Saxton-Easton Road to the south and the Platte River to the east. The improvements will increase the service area, which is becoming more important with economic development occurring in St. Joseph’s eastside.
